About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer to join our client’s cutting-edge team in Munich. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, verifying, and optimizing mixed-signal integrated circuits for next-generation semiconductor products used in automotive, communications, and consumer electronics sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of mixed-signal ICs using advanced CMOS technologies
Collaborate closely with verification, layout, and testing teams to ensure seamless product development
Perform detailed circuit simulations and analyses to guarantee performance, power, and reliability targets
Innovate solutions for low-power, high-performance IC designs
Mentor junior engineers and actively contribute to the technical growth of the team

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in mixed-signal IC design, with proven expertise in analog and digital circuit design
Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or equivalent EDA tools
Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and CMOS process technology
Experience with verification methodologies and scripting languages (Python, TCL) is a plus
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
