About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Amsterdam. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI-driven solutions to power innovative products across various industries including fintech, healthcare, and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and optimize machine learning models for production use cases
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate ML solutions into applications
Develop pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment
Monitor and improve model performance and scalability in production environments
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the ML knowledge base

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering or software engineering with ML focus
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
